The IUB Programming Club organized a workshop titled “Future of Jobs: Enterprise Resource Planning and Global Career Opportunities” on April 2, 2026, in collaboration with Dot BD Solutions Limited (DBSL). The workshop introduced students to enterprise systems and global career pathways, through sessions and practical demonstrations on ERP tools. 

Sessions were conducted by DBSL officials Md Rajibul Islam, Chief Executive Officer; Md Shaifuddin Nayeem, Chief Business Officer; and Md Rafiur Rahman Rafit, Technical and Functional Consultant. Speakers presented ERP concepts, system integration across business functions, and applications in industry. 

Participants engaged in hands-on exercises using Odoo ERP and learned how organizations manage inventory, finance, and operations within a unified system. The sessions also covered career roles related to ERP systems.
