The Division of Student Activities (DoSA) of Independent University, Bangladesh (IUB) organized Boshonto Utshab 1431 on February 13, 2025 on campus. The event featured faculty, management, staff, and students in colorful attire adorned with floral and traditional accessories. Vice Chancellor Prof. M. Tamim, PhD, attended the event.

The IUB Art Club decorated the campus using environmentally friendly materials, creating festoons, banners, wall art, installation art, and traditional Bengali graffiti alpona. The IUB Music Club and IUB Dance Club performed in the evening. The Independent Photography Club (IPC) documented the event through photography and videography.

Students and local artisans set up stalls on the campus, featuring traditional jewelry, clothing, and floral accessories. Vendors also served popular Bengali street food items such as murimakha, fuchka, and bhelpuri.
