Module 2: Preparing Course Learning Outcomes and Mapping with Program Learning Outcomes
Module 3: Preparing and Delivering Outcome Based Teaching-Learning Materials, and Assessment Tools
Module 4: Preparing Outcome Based Questions, Assignments and Projects
Module 5: Addressing Knowledge Profile, Complex Engineering Problems and Complex Engineering Activities
Module 6: Rubrics Development for Complex Engineering Projects, Assignments, Open-Ended Lab and Capstone Projects
Module 7: Attainment of Course Outcomes & Program Outcomes by Setting KPIs, and CQI Process
Module 8: Preparing Self-Assessment Report Towards BAETE and BAC Accreditation

In his presentation, Prof. Razzak described the steps of developing rubrics, and designing, conducting and assessing the capstone project and open-ended lab for the final year engineering students. Capstone project and open-ended lab are two important components for an engineering program for addressing knowledge profile, complex engineering problems and activities necessary for getting accreditation from BAETE (board of accreditation for engineering and technical education), a statutory body of the Institution of Engineers Bangladesh (IEB).

The workshop was organized by the Information and Communication Engineering (ICE) department of BAUET. More than 100 faculty members from various engineering and non-engineering departments attended the day-long event.
